Just named Blues Man of the Year, Sonny is a Southwest Louisiana-based guitarist, songwriter, singer and a musician’s musician. His blues slide guitar playing sound is distinctive and unlike anything else you’ve ever heard. His unorthodox guitar style comes from the manner in which he simultaneously plays slide and makes fingering movements on the fretboard. Landreth, who has an easygoing personality, was named one of the most advanced guitarist in the world by guitar legend Eric Clapton.

DAVID LINDLEY – Music Award for Best Album

“A David Lindley performance isn’t just an awe-inspiring demonstration of string prowess. It’s a portal to far-flung realms, a magic carpet ride skittering around the globe offering vivid glimpses of Jamaica, the Mississippi Delta, Madagascar, Turkey and Cuba.” – San Jose Mercury News.  Jackson Browne said of his featured accompanist: “What he played, did as much to form my music as my writing those songs…This is one of the great slide players of all time.”

One of the most esteemed electric guitarists of his generation, Mike Stern has distinguished himself over a four-decade career that has encompassed musical partnerships with Blood, Sweat & Tears, Billy Cobham, Miles Davis, Jaco Pastorius, the Brecker Brothers and Joe Henderson, as well as 16 recordings as a leader (six of which were nominated for GRAMMY® Awards).  His wife Leni is a jazz guitarist (awarded Gibson Guitar’s Female Jazz Guitarist of the Year Award five consecutive years) and an accomplished singer and actor.
